La expresión artística aparece en la historia desde el albor de los tiempos como una herramienta que ha sido usada por personas de poder, desde chamanes en las culturas más ancestrales, hasta los reyes y faraones en las civilizaciones más evolucionadas. Aunque parece que en los tiempos modernos se ha perdido la gran importancia del arte, quedando relegado a una simple expresión estética, en esta conferencia explicaré cómo es que el arte puede ayudarnos a transformar literalmente nuestra vida, liberándonos de cargas emocionales negativas y a vivir vidas mucho más plenas y felices.
Gracias a su lenguaje simbólico, el arte tiene la capacidad de conectar con el hemisferio derecho de nuestro cerebro, que rige nuestras emociones y es justo este hemisferio que entiende el lenguaje simbólico o artístico, permitiéndonos sanar, transformar y reprogramar nuestros patrones limitantes, traumas y bloqueos inconscientes que nos impiden vivir una vida plena.
